Enrolled in the IGNOU Bachelor of Tourism Studies, all expenses including course fees, accommodation, meals, transportation, insurance, and uniforms are covered. Candidates receive a monthly allowance. The program includes a dedicated study day weekly, study leave for IGNOU exams, and annual leave. Upon completion, trainees earn a Bachelor of Tourism Studies degree from IGNOU and a Certificate of Proficiency from The Oberoi Centre. Graduates are prepared to join The Oberoi Group as Operations Assistants.

Candidates must have completed the 10+2 examination from a recognized Board, and must have secured at least 60% marks in English in Class 10th.
